She specialises in guiding businesses through complex growth and transition, supporting them to enter new contexts with clarity, alignment, and a strong foundation for long-term impact. Her work brings together strategic direction, contextual insight, and disciplined thinking to ensure that expansion is both commercially sound and built to hold within the environments entered.


Ann has supported organisations in assessing their readiness to scale towards systems-level impact, including engagement with government and broader institutional stakeholders. She also brings experience as a co-founder of a UK-based organisation, giving her a practical understanding of building and growing enterprises across different contexts.


Drawing on expertise in leadership development, organisational culture, coaching, and strategic advisory, she takes an integrated view of growth, ensuring that strategy, structure, and leadership remain aligned as businesses expand.


Her work is grounded in a simple conviction - how a business enters and grows shapes the value it creates over time.
